Booking Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Meher Retreat, we understand that plans may change. Following is our cancellation and rescheduling policy applicable to online bookings made via http://www.cherilynmontaresort.com.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the visit date
    ✔ Refund with 10% deduction from the total booking amount.
    📩 Cancellation request must be sent via email to info@cherilynmontaresort.com
  • • Cancellations made before 9:00 PM on the day prior to the visit date:
    ✔ Refund with 25% deduction from the total booking amount.
    📩 Cancellation request must be sent via email to info@cherilynmontaresort.com
  • • Cancellations after 9:00 PM on the day prior to the visit date
    ✖ No cancellations will be accepted and no refunds will be issued.
  • • No-show or Cancellation on or after the Visit Date
    ✖ No refund will be provided for no-show or if the cancellation request is made on or after the visit date.

2. Rescheduling Due to Emergencies

In the event of genuine family emergencies or natural calamities, guests may request a rescheduling of the visit date.

  • • One-time rescheduling allowed if requested before 9:00 PM on the day prior to the visit date
  • • Rescheduling request must be sent via email to info@cherilynmontaresort.com
  • • Rescheduled visit must be availed within the next 2 months.
  • • Subject to management approval and availability.
  • • Rescheduled bookings are non-refundable

3. How to Request Cancellation or Rescheduling

Please email your request to info@cherilynmontaresort.com with:

  • Your Booking Reference Number
  • Requested Action (Cancellation / Reschedule).

💳 Refunds, if eligible, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
